Works well. Knife clips are a bit tight due to thickness of the leather. Pistol mag, knife, light, pen, auto key - barely know it's there. I have two (black and brown).

My large, penknife, made by a very well known manufacturer fits in very well, and has never, "fallen out" also, I have a small penlight led torch, that is also held snuggly, again, it has never moved.
Only takes a couple of days to mold to your body, after this time it's plain sailing!
