I'm so glad I bought this product with the price of eggs increasing, and at times not even being in stock at the stores I shop at. Mountain Essentials Powdered Egg Crystals are great for any meal, and it is easy to store. It works as a great substitute in various recipes, especially for baked goods. I usually keep dry milk on rotation. Most come in the tin cans with the pull foil tab tops. This is an actual sealed can. Mine looks to be sealed well on all edges and in good shape. I have not rotated this into usage just yet. Though, the product sounds loose in the can. Ingredients are similar to other non-fat dry milk. Milk vitamins A and D. The plastic lid fits back on snug. There is a packaged date on the bottom of mine, 12/19/22. It may be a while to really see if the 10 year shelf life holds. Though, I have had the plain store non-fat milk for a few years and still works ok. It says distributed by Mountain Essentials in Redondo, California. I did try calling the number on the can to see if they would give any additional information. It went to what sounds like hold music. I got a text back when I hung up to leave a voicemail. Can't do that if the phone tree won't let me. So far seems good. Time will tell when I open it down the road if 10 years holds true. Really, like a 4.5 stars unless I can get a hold of the company to see more about them.
