My mom is getting up in years and when it's time for her to get a new phone she always wants a phone that's very simple for her to use. I found it in this phone. It's loud ringer and loud volume to hear is a great plus not to mention the large buttons. She mentioned to me that she'd like the the cord that comes with, to hang around your neck so you can carry it. It makes it much easier for her to remember where it's at. I did have a glitch with the original purchase of the phone. But I contacted the company and they contact me right away. They replaced her phone right away. They have excellent customer service and kept in touch with me until my issue was resolved. Now Mama is very happy with her new phone....

This phone was light weight with a good display and large buttons. Purchased for my father in a care facility. Unfortunately because of upgrades to Cricket wireless, it would not work on their network. After a cricket representative checked the IMEI and told me it would not work, I had to return it.

the dood at gts metro took a few to figure it out, but he did. now my bill is 20 bucks a month less, and this phone is fantastically stupid, no internet, no apps, and no tracking apps either. also its too stupid for so and so to turn it on camera and mic. a stupid phone for sketchy times. just what i wanted. very very pleased, o and the batt lasts a long time. quality from the past so to speak. would recommend.

This plastic phone is lightweight and may feel a bit flimsy. Got it an 85 yr old totally not tech savvy with Alzheimer's. He likes it but gets confused with how to turn it on and off. It is the same button that you use to hang up and if you press it a tad too long it turns off the phone. It would've been better if it had a different button for turning it on and off. Other than that the phone works great.
Not as ease for average 80+ year old people.
