Bought this for my hubbies birthday. It's a beautiful cup but as soon as he tried it it leaks through a knot in the side of the cup. It's been a couple months since we don't drink daily he hadn't tried it yet, which caused a problem with amazons new return policy and they have no way to contact Oaksip, which would've have solved all my problems without needing to deal with amazon. Amazon wanted to charge me a restocking fee for a cup they can't resell. I am so grateful Oaksip reached out to resolve the problem on their own. I would totally recommend this company they are wonderful. Thank you again Oaksip for your fabulous customer service, I'm just sorry I had to leave a crummy review to get to talk to the actual company. Do better amazon this is getting ridiculous and hurting companies that are not trying to gouge their customers.
