I bought this for my 7 year old nephew and he absolutely loves it! He would literally wait by the window waiting for snow so that he could go sledding! it was a great size for him and I even tried it out. Was small for me but worked!
Good value here adjustable seat can even fit a heavyish adult

I got this for 69.99 , I really like it and I'll watch the price and try to grab another if the price drops back under 70 . Assembly was easy - I used loctite because when u had a similar ski as a kid it would rattle apart after jumping it. . I like the thought with the tow rope , but the extra minute to unwind and rewind the tether on the tiny little tabs is not really worth it - would be worth looking into a recoil tether or spiral stretch tether that could be used and stowed faster . Or just space the tabs farther apart so I don't have to waste too much time unwinding and winding? This thing is really cool and worth it at 75 . The sprung articulating front ski is clever and effective .
It was slow at first

I was pretty disappointed that this sled was so sturdy, yet slow going down medium grade hills... My driveway is long and has a medium grade to it. The kids weren't having much fun and it sat out in the snow since Christmas... Then I decided to take the side blades off of the sled and run it with the front blade connected to the steering column and just the metal frame on the sides.
The kids are having a blast now and the sled is doing exactly what I expected it to do when it was first put together with all of the blades.
Sure, it might ruin the paint job but, it's better than collecting snow out in the yard without being used
