I wasn't sure what to expect but I wanted to try something different for different results. I have a very sensitive V do something as simple as working out for an hour can cause me to be irritated and sadly "funky". I do not like this yet it happens often. I developed a strong odor that lasted me a while and I had seen two separate doctors who told me I looked perfectly normal, but as a woman you know your body and how if functions. I took the antibiotics they prescribed me and it literally did nothing for my odor. I then got these after doing some of my own research and I made the purchase. The following day after my first dose I was back to my normal self, fresh as a daisy. I was so happy, this is so important as a woman and a wife. I'm grateful I made the purchase and of how quickly it worked. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again. I use one when I notice things going out of whack and that's all I need.

The one downside is when it discharges and also when you have to push it in, there should be an applicator.

So here it goes....

I have had recurring BV for over 7 years now, more noticeable when i was on birth control in the past and still currently after i have sex (which has greatly affected my sex life with my boyfriend of forever). Gone to multiple docs, had my hormones checked and blood work done. One doc would just give me metro gel and send me on my way but never culture the infection. Went to a new doc and although she said it could take some time and trial and error to try and figure out the main cause, she recommended getting back on birth control since i took myself off for 4 years due to recurrent yeast infections after trying ever b.c under the sun and also because i had been on in for 15 years and wanted my body to have a break. After 6 months of being on the birth control, my BV recurrences reduced from multiple times a month to 1 every month or 2. With that alone I already felt some hope. Metro gel was still my go to when i had a flare up along with diflucan bc i ALWAYS get a yeast infection from the gel. Just a never ending cycle and a 2 week ordeal. After a year and a half of being on BC and noticing less recurrences, i am now back to having them more often again. I read tons of reviews of boric acid and finally thought to give it a try and if it didn't work i'm still in the same position. I used once last night for the first time and the odor was gone. I dont know who said it doesnt make any mess but i woke up this morning and before i got in the shower it was literally running down my leg ( i know TMI) but i would recommend wearing a panty liner when using these. I haven't used long term so i will see in time if these are long term relief but i was surprised it made a difference of some sort overnight. Hoping after using these for awhile it will balance my body out and i will be back to feeling confident and like myself. I don't wish recurring BV on anyone.

*UPDATE*
I still do have very random (but less) BV flare ups from sex even 5 months after using this but if i even think its going to occur or realize it's coming on i use one and all symptoms are gone within 24 hours. I did have 1 bad flare up in the 5 months where i didn't notice until a week into the BV because i was out of town however, I used 1 pill, 2 nights in a row and all symptoms were gone after the 2 days using this. I really do think, for me at least, this has been a saving grace. I rather use this once then metro gel for days in a row along with a yeast infection to follow which i'm obviously prone to both. I will say i have never had a yeast infection using these pills which has been a pleasant surprise. I even take these out of town with me now. Please try if you are in my position. Even though it hasn't been a cure, i feel so much better about my sex life and myself in general.

*UPDATE - 4 years later:
I have now been using these for 4 years. So dealing with recurring BV for over 10. Buy a new bottle every 3-4 months. I only get BV after sex and every time. Super frustrating. I don't know if they changed their formula, but I received a new bottle not long ago and after one use had a horrible reaction that lasted 2 weeks. I didn't think it was this pill so I used for a second time the next day thinking I just had a bad case of BV coming on but it was definitely this pill. It got so much worse after the second one. I thought I had a yeast infection so took 2 rounds of diflucan and that did nothing. So itchy non stop and hurt so bad where the pill had been sitting inside me, cramping really bad, and caused light bleeding. I'm too scared to use again because of this so I switched brands.

These came in the mail destroyed the bottle was crushed when I open they would let me send bk was a waste of my money send in a better package I've used the product before and it's good and does the job
