The software works fine for windows but for other operating systems it is a pain to setup. It overall works great and does it job well. It can keep a pc running no problem but don't expect a lot of time. But overall great.

I bought the 625VA / 360W model to serve as a battery backup for some networking equipment, like a small business class switch, for instance. So far, it seems to be working just fine. I've tested unplugging it, and besides emitting some warning beeps to alert me that power is out, the devices on the UPS continued to receive power.
I really like the built-in screen that displays the battery level, input load, and output load. The manual recommends charging the battery for at least 6 hours before fully deploying the UPS, but I'll add that mine read at 75% when first plugged in, and it only took like 1 hour for it hit 100%.
The manual leaves a little to be desired. Clearly, whoever wrote it, is not a native English speaker because there are some pretty unintelligible areas to navigate. I didn't bother to install the monitoring software. It looks like it came out of the early 2000's, and I have no need for strange Chinese software running on my system.
