Cloud Mountain customer service never answers the phone. Left VM but no one called back
Cloud mountain did get in touch with me and are issuing a credit due the lack of hardware that is on backorder. We are happy with the look and performance of this fireplace and it does warm up our bedroom nicely.

The media could not be loaded. This large modern fireplace themed heater exceeded my expectations, multiple vibrant colors, strong heater with a thermostat and a timer, all make it both a beautiful and a practical device. There's a touch screen control that automatically dims away so there's nothing odd and distracting to look at, especially in the dark, it is quite wonderful. The heater has multiple levels and can quickly bring the room to temperature with an adjustable thermostat that reads the room temperature. My little one was mesmerized and watched it for quite a while. I can also adjust the brightness of the flame, it's rather bright for a dark room at the brightest settings, so can turn it down in the dark, and turn it up during the daytime or when the lights are on. Overall, I would recommend it so far.
Misunderstanding about brackets but was resolved

Unit works well but the pictures are a bit misleading. It appears that the unit will mount 3 different ways, and the ad leads one to believe that it comes with all the brackets to mount 3 ways, but it does not. I had to spend an additional $50 to get a bracket to mount on my wall.
I initially left a one star review, but the customer service team reached out to me via e-mail and offered a partial refund to cover the expense of the bracket that I had to purchase and also my inconvenience. The customer service representative was very kind and helpful and my issue was resolved.
