First a small disclaimer. When I refer to the "marketing" it refers to the name-brand one that they saturation advertise on TV. These and a few others make the same claims in the ad copy, but not as aggressively.
Let's talk about TVs for a minute. An LCD panel works by having millions of cells that are filled with a liquid that when stimulated by an electric field surrounding the cell (electricity doesn't actually go into the liquid) will orient the molecules like a crystal. Depending on which way they orient, it will either pass or block light from the back light. To make the colors, they filter each sub pixel, either red, green or blue. The narrower the bandwidth of the filters' color, the more accurately the panel can reproduce colors, but it also blocks more of the backlight. Q-LED backlighting uses a different method. They use a pure blue backlight and special transistors that are powered by blue light to generate red and green. The colors are purer and less light is lost to filtering. I own one and one regular LED backlit TV and the difference is real.
Here's where it gets relevant. The Q in Q-LED stands for "Quantum". I'm not a particle physicist, but I looked up the word quantum (in multiple places) and I can't find any definition of the word that would apply. Maybe with some creative associations or something, but really, nothing I can figure out. So, cool and worthwhile product, but potentially scam marketing.
And these are probably the same. I take them, and will continue to take them. But 3 a day of each, every day? Hardly. There are days that I'm on the go practically from when I get up to bed time and eat mostly out of packages. Yeah, those days are three of each days. Same thing if we couldn't get to the grocery store so there's no fruit in the house. Or we have a meal that just doesn't include vegetables. Those are one or two of each days. And there's certainly nothing in them that would be harmful, so even on normal days I'll take one of each just to be sure. Hardly how products like this are plugged in the commercials. So, in my not-a-medical-professional opinion, a cool and worthwhile product, but potentially scam marketing.
I intend to keep using them.

Compared to Balance of Nature, this product is priced well, and delivers the nearly the same benefits, at a reduced price.
