First, my order had somehow been packaged with water brushes and not the delicate small brushes as advertised. But Cathy at Grabbie was super nice and helpful when I contacted her to see about getting those smaller brushes. She had no idea how that happened (seems not be Amazon's fault), it was just an accident, and that happens. Cathy was great about telling me the options I had, and they sent out the brushes to me free of charge because it was not my mistake, and wanted to make it right. Seriously a great company who treats their customers fairly, friendly and respectfully, so they're repeat customers in the future. Absolutely 5 stars for customer service- especially Cathy! The colors, I love them! So bright and rich with some very unique colors. The paint loads easily to the brush from the palette as well. I'm a newbie to watercolor, and these colors will be super inspiring to use. The brushes, wow! Very comfortable to hold and paint with. I love that the bristles are delicate and smooth, and they make very small details easy to achieve. So 5 stars all around! And thank you again Cathy for being so nice. I'm a Grabbie fan for sure!

Amazon didn't deliver to proper delivery instructions. And ignored the note posted on the front door to knock all deliveries. I've had numerous stolen packages at the front, asked for back door. Still didn't knock at front. Thank God my Alexa caught my attention or if have another stolen package. The products are amazing! My 14yr old has used the paints on the paper non stop for her artwork.

So.many.colors. They blend well and the set comes with a group of starter brushes that allow you to start painting right away. I did need to buy some thicker brushes to go with it, but enjoyed playing with the small ones that came with the set. The colors - oh, the colors! Vivid, easy to use and blend. Buy a small spray bottle to go with this.
