An excellent chair and a good company to work with!

I ordered the chair as it was a Big & Tall person capacity, but I had a problem with it very soon after I received it. It had to be a fluke type thing. At any rate, I had to go directly to the Seller as it was out of the Amazon return window when I noticed the problem. And, it was at that point that I was so very pleasantly helped by that Seller. I provided some photos of my problem, and within a week I had a replacement chair delivered to my door. I haven't put the chair together yet, but I feel exceedingly sure that this will be it and that this chair will last. I inquired if I could buy the product damage insurance during the replacement process, but the Seller told me outright not to buy it as the chair has a three year insurance period with it when purchased. Our church has a number of elderly persons, some of them a bit heavy, who find it hard to rise out of chairs. These chairs, with sturdy arms to help push up out of the chair, a comfortable but firm seat that sits a bit higher than many chairs, and with a bit wider width, have become favorites. I had a little concern that the chairs might not be sturdy enough for some of the heavier folks, but so far, they seem fine. People report being comfortable sitting through several hours of meetings. We had our initial, trial chair arrive minus several bolts. Clatina customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

The material and size of these chairs is very good for larger built individuals my one and only complaint is that the arm rest would have been better if they were closer to the front sides of chair, in other words arms are too far back.
