Received the bike the next day after ordering. The packaging was incredible but they must have used a whole role of packaging tape. Assembly was easy however I used the video, the paper instructions are horrible. It took more time to get everything unpacked and all the tape off than it did to put it together using the video! I've only used it for a few minutes, but it's quiet and smooth. I think I'll like this much more than using a treadmill. Glad I bought it.
Update: I used this fora couple of weeks and have put on about 55 mile. No problems at all, still nice and quiet, smooth action, resistance levels work great although I've only gone up to 3. Pulse tracker is way off, but I use my tracker watch for that. Super glad I got this bike.

My son and son-in-law put it together for me and they definitely could have used better directions. It took longer than any of us expected.
However, the end result is a great, sturdy exercise bike. The seat has lots of adjustments to reach the right length. Please note that the seat is not cushioned and hard. if you are looking for a heavy duty bike with lots of resistance, this is not it. However, it is perfect for what I was looking for.

I like elliptical cycles, but my basement has a low ceiling, so I want a seated recumbent elliptical.
I was between the $829 Teeter Freestep and this Sunny one. I went with this one because: lower cost, it sits lower, and the warranty is longer at 3 years. I was concerned it still might be too high for my basement, especially since the FreeStep seat adjusts more vertically than the Sunny. If I was unsatisfied with the Sunny, I could return it and get the FreeStep instead.
My concerns were: will it quiet enough? Will the resistance be enough? Will it feel good to use? Will it be durable?
The answer to all the questions is "yes" (I think).
The FreeStep claims to be whisper quiet. The Sunny is plenty quiet, it makes virtually no noise.
The FreeStep has 13 resistance levels with a heavier fly wheel. The Sunny has 8 levels and is lighter. The resistance seems plenty for me. At level 5, I could tell it would be a quality work out. 8 should be enough if I advance levels.
It feels good to use. My legs were getting good extension, and the arm motion and extension felt similar to the standing elliptical at the gym that I like.
Time will tell if it's as durable as I think it is, and I reserve the right to change this review in the future. The parts seemed pretty solid in quality, and I am optimistic it will last well. It's pretty solid on an even floor.

I've had this bike since September 2023 and have waited to evaluate its performance and write a review. No problems since that time. When put together with care and accuracy in correctly assembling it this, 77 year old woman found it easy. I don't write many reviews but I've found this bike to be so beneficial to my well being I had to write this review to encourage others to buy this bike and get a full body workout which is easy on the joints and gives a good cardio building development. I use it daily alternating between a 30 minute workout and a 20 minute workout presented on YouTube by Sunny Fitness. I rest on Sunday. My pedals have no problems, I've found no cracks or heard any squeaks. I routinely use the tools which came with my bike to maintain its smooth operation. I recommend buying this recumbent bike with its dual motion arm exerciser.
Assembly is hit or miss

The bike is great! Sturdy, quiet, and a good workout. Needs a pad for the seat but that's easy to add on.
I bought this with Amazon assembly service, and I had a bad and then good experience. The first scheduled assembly/delivery was terrible. The driver left without contacting me, then messaged me later claiming he couldn't park his truck. I had reserved the loading dock, so if anyone had called I could have resolved that. They said he would come back in an hour with a smaller truck, but he never came back. Then I got the runaround from multiple people when i called to find out what happened.
I rescheduled for the next day and had a completely different experience! They called ahead to see if it would be OK to come early, showed up when they said they would, followed instructions, put the bike together quickly, and were a pleasure to meet.
I don't know if I'll use the assembly service again. The first experience was terrible but the re-do was fantastic: I wish I knew which of them was the norm and which was the exception!
