This would be a 5 star review, hands down, but I bought 4 windows, 2 came broken. They 2 windows that were not broken were super easy to install and look great. Removing the old metal frame was the hardest part. Had these basement windows quoted from HomeDepot and they wanted $1200 per window. Absolutely the best price for a window I've seen.

I used this for a shed. Shed windows are so small and I needed more light. I didn't use this the way the manufacturer wants, on its side. The only complaint is the sliding part of the window is not tight as another reviewer posted in a video. For my needs though its just fine for the price.

Solid and well built windows for the price. The slider window can be difficult to put back in after removal. Bought 10 windows altogether. Happy overall except...over a year ago, I purchased two windows in a two for $108 deal this company offered. I received one window, not two. I emailed the company repeatedly and they said the 2nd window was coming. I waited months. Finally, I filed a complaint with Amazon, but of course, it was after the time allowed to file. Park Ridge never did send me the 2nd window. If they read this, please contact me as I can still use that window.
