Suited to cooking at high temperatures, the oil/broth is often pre-heated directly in the fondue pot on the stovetop and then carefully transferred to the rechaud base. With an oil/broth fondue it is important to use the splatter guard to prevent hot oil splatters.
•Fondue pot is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning as well as oven safe up to 500 degrees F / 260 degrees C.
•This fondue set includes: 6 copper-plated stainless steel fondue forks with numbered tips; removable stainless steel splatter guard; 1.25L / 1.32 QT capacity copper-plated stainless steel pot; copper-plated stainless steel fondue burner; black steel rechaud with base plate; instruction manual.
