Best back scrubber I ever had , I love to use the soft and the firm side. The firm side isn't too rough but just right and the soft side is so nice! When I need a replacement I'll be or ordering another one of these. I do wish it had grip lines while holding because it'll slip a little while I'm scrubbing, but other than that it's a great purchase and I would definitely recommend
