Beautiful flame top. Fretboard is quite red. I guess it's cocobolo? It looks great. Neck is roasted but not as dark as the pics. Finish is not perfect but excellent overall. Frets are good. Setup is decent.

Slanted heel on the bolt on neck is pretty solid but I'm afraid to take it apart. Hopefully won't need to.

Sound is good with pokey Alnico pickups. Coil split sounds good. Two-point trem feels pretty nice. Lots of value here.

I have read several bad reviews,but my guitar was one with no flaws,either cosmetic or playability wise.It is hit or miss with IYV guitars,as i have learned,but if you are shipped a good one,they are more than worth the price.

Guitar is very nice quality for under $200. Ibanez Rg style Mahogany body with flame maple top, Roasted maple neck, bone nut, Pickup Coil Tapping. Neck is flat, about 17" radius with medium thickness. Guitar is lighter colored than in pictures. Mine had no major issues or fret problems.

I ordered one from the company and it's amazing. The neck is not as thin as the Ibanez Wizard, but I would say it's slightly thinner than a regular Fender. It feels great in my hands (which are smaller). The pickups are decent and I don't feel like I have to replace them. It's got regular tuners. Those I may replace because I love locking tuners. It arrived in tune (standard) with new strings. Perfect intonation"¦ no dead spots. I used it with my Boss IR200 and it sounded fantastic in all pickup selection settings. I highly recommend this if you want a guitar similar to a Charvel or Jackson soloist for a fraction of the price. This is my second IYV. I will buy another!

Excellent craftsmanship for the price. Absolutely blown away by how beautiful it plays and feels. Pickups sound okay, need to do more testing.

The only problem is the lack of a manual or literature to learn about materials used in the guitar.
