I really like this breading mix. I tried it with different types of fish filets and it was delicious. I have yet to try it on chicken, but that's next. It is not overly salty and you can even use it to air fry, not just with oil. It is not a great value because of the price, but it works well, has a good expiration date, and tastes pretty good. The pouch that it comes with is resealable, which is very convenient. I liked that a lot.

I had gotten away from using breading and batter coating, but a friend gave me Flavor-Crisp - and it was great. I have used it in my air fryer, my cast-iron skillet, and my regular oven. It's a versatile product with just the right flavor and crunch. I can even use the coating after a variety of marinades for my meats and vegetables. I love that it is reseals easily and is easy to spot in my pantry.
