I like how transparent the product is. Other egg powders have additives while this one is solely the egg. The only issue I had was the inconsistency with how much is put in the bag. My first order was half full and the second order was completely full.

Pretty Good for Mixes, Not Alone

The product is fine for baking and cooking in mixes (replacing whole eggs in bread recipes, making your own quick batter mixes, etc...). I would never use this to make a simple egg dish, like omelets or a scramble though. It's just too odd of a texture for that.
There are roughly 18 eggs in this bag, and presumably 2 1/2 tsp per egg. It does emulsify like an egg, mostly, as long as enough water is re-combined with it in whatever mix it's in. For especially dry mixes, add some extra water to account for this.
I ordered this December 2022, and the bag is marked best before December 2025, so 36 months expiration after order. Store in a cool, dry place. Made in the USA.
