Performance is true to form. The price is good for the size. The smell is not great but the capsule does just what it claims to do. It's a medium size capsule and to me easy to swallow. The energy is good.

Product is easy to use

Ever since I sustained a serious lower leg injury thirty years ago I've had a problem with return blood circulation and swelling of my foot and leg below the knee. I'm on my feet a lot and even constant wearing of quality knee high compression socks has been of very little help, and actually caused further issue. In learning of this product, I was very skeptical of it's performing as reviews said it had for others, but after thirty years of pain and discomfort which now at age 60 was only getting worse with the complications of aging I was willing to try about anything.

I've been taking the Antarctic Krill Oil supplements daily now for close to 45 days, and for the first time in years I have just spent the last five glorious days entirely without wearing compression socks. While I am still experiencing some moderate swelling, the circulation is definitely greatly improving. Were it not, my leg would have swollen to a painfully tight level that would wedge the leg of my pants in a matter of 6-8 hours without compression socks and unable to get my foot in a shoe, let alone painful enough I'd not be able to be on my feet. The original injury also left my shin with only a thin covering of skin, making it very vulnerable to being cut open if I bumped anything with my leg, and these 'mild injuries' have been a real concern, being extremely hard to heal and taking months to get over. When I started the supplement I had two of these sores which were several months old and constantly on the verge of serious infection. The smaller wound is now closed completely and the larger wound is closing well. All redness of being inflamed has cleared up, thanks to the improved circulation in my lower leg.

At this point, I am convinced that this product is very much responsible for this most welcome relief and improvement of my condition, and I plan to continue it's use. While not as pronounced of a change, I am also noting that I may be seeing some reduction of belly fat which was another potential benefit mentioned, and one I'd welcome as well. It could simply be contributed to my increased exercise through more activity since I'm able to do more; I don't care whether it's a direct or indirect affect- the improvement in my mobility and mental attitude is all that matters.

I've experienced zero issue of 'fishy' or other unpleasant gas or aftertaste, no reflux or other noticed change in my digestive or intestinal system. While I will still approach supplemental OTC drugs in general with skepticism, this one has so far lived up to it's claimed benefits for me and I'm extremely pleased in the results so far.

Did wonders for my joints!!! I feel better when I exercise as well!
