I used this to transition from tile to LVP of the same height. It worked just fine. I used liquid nails with the self-adhesive. This might not hold up in a high traffic area but for my purposes, it works well. Unfortunately my miter saw couldn't cut it with a general purpose blade (shredded). Miter shears might work. I managed and I'm happy with the results!
