Took it on a 30 mile hike. Cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, for 2 people. And for 3 days off one small canister of fuel. Stayed on the northern beach of Grand Island where Lake Superior winds can get intense. Still didn't have any issues igniting or staying lit. This is my second one (I lost pieces from the first one). And I would buy a 3rd if I lost them again!

The heat exchanger didn't do anything with helping speed up boil time. It took over 5 minutes to boil water. My stanley with the same stove takes 2.5 to 3 minutes depending on the outdoor temperature. Overall, it's a pot and stove. It'll do the job. I'm keeping it as a backup to my stanley. Everything else it came with I'll give away because I don't need them. Be sure to wash it really well before the first use. It does have a coating on it and a slight machine shop smell.
