At first it looked difficult to assemble, but all the sticks are already connected. Technically yes it was easy to assemble. But it is not easy to disassemble and put away. If you keep it outside great! but inside it will take time and effort to take down.

We opened the box and were impressed with the quality of the clubhouse. Setup took less than 10 minutes, using the well written instructions. The fabric seems to be pretty strong and the frame materials should hold up under anything except really rowdy play.
