I couldn't find my regular product one day so I decided to try this and I love it! The price was right, it's easy to use, it's safe around my pets and family, it cleaned everything, the scent lasted, and my whole house smelled fresh and clean even the next day. When it was shipped the seal stayed tight and didn't leak. The only problem is that my town no longer sells it, I've searched every store, so I started buying it online. Now they raised the price, hopefully they won't raise it again otherwise I'm going to have to go back to my original cleaner. Other then that this is the best I've ever used. I do a lot of cleaning of my mom's really large condo in Palm Beach, Florida. Almost the entire 2020 square feet of property has large white ceramic tile.

Recently I ran out of my traditional concoction I use, often white vinegar for cleaning only and mixed with about 1/10 the amount with all purpose bleach. I ran out of both and had to find an alternative and one that was both affordable and effective at basic floor cleaning and also bathroom cleaning. I located Pinalen which I'd only ever seen a smaller version of in the local dollar store.

I swept the floor to rid any crumbs and dust. Then I read the instructions on the bottle of the multipurpose cleaner and filled a gallon plastic bottle with water and then placed in about 1/4 cup of Pinalen. I got my mom head extra warm by Cleaning with hot water. Then placed about 1/4 cup in the middle of the large kitchen floor and began to mop. I had some coffee stains that it removed easily.
I'm the family room were some scuffed make from my new black shoes. With a little extra weight into my mopping the dark black markings lifted off with ease.
After the floors were all clean I let them dry and then used the same solution on a small hand towel and wiped down the entire kitchen countertop space and I noticed an area that was greasy from making fried chicken earlier and used extra effort to clean that off and it also came off well.

I've already used the Pinalen for a week and like it. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the strong floral type scent. I would rather have a citrus scent or another clean and fresh scent.

For the price point you're getting a lot of Pinalen that you'll dilute with water depending on the task ahead. It's definitely a good product.
