I bought the unfinished Ash version. I was impressed with the packaging and condition of the table top when it arrived. It was well packaged. Top and bottom were well sanded and required only minimal prep before finishing. The end grains were the only part requiring a lot of attention. I have the table top stained and ready for poly. Very happy and would recommend.
