Well made and great. My kids are being too chicken to try and use yet, but seems like it will work good and last long time

Wayyyy smaller than I thought. I thought my son would be able to use it who is ten but it is much smaller. More like my daughters size - 7 - would be able to use it instead. It was fair to get her boots in. Very slippy. We used it all winter and it seems like the straps are starting to wear.

My 4 year old wanted to try snowboarding but the mountain was too daunting. This was great for going around the yard and getting the feel for standing on a board.

This beginner snowboard is certainly designed to be more of a trainer board, and it has a few design flaws to address out the box. The foot holds are just clipped through the bottom, so unless your kids foot fits snug, it may cause some issues when it slides on the snow. I took some clear guerrilla tape to the bottom areas there to try and minimize the issue and it seemed to do the trick well enough for now. I doubt it's a permanent solution, but it solved the problem for now.
As for sliding, it works well enough, but as a simple plastic snowboard, I wasn't expecting exceptional performance. As a beginner board, I'm not sure that's what you'd want anyway. Regardless, my kids found it fun and it was a cheap way to get them on a board and comfortable with the feel of a snowboard. For the price, it does well enough and, most importantly, my kids are having fun with it.

We haven't used it yet. But the quality, and durability feel great. Will update review when we use it.
