Update 9/10/23-The company has reached out to me offering to replace the product. I will give it a shot and update my review. I will say, the customer service is better than most companies I've dealt with via Amazon.
I enjoy this product. It works well keeping count of my steps. It is user friendly and small. My only complaint is that the buttons are to easily pressed. The counter resets if I lean over to wash my hands. My suggestion is to buy this if you plan to wear it on your shirt rather than your pants.
