I prefer homeopathic remedies and so decided to give this a try after researching the ingredients. Rubbed on knee for pain relief and it worked very quickly. Pain improved enough to be comfortable. Tried on arthritic neck and it really helped. I don't like the others on market that smell strong and even burn when applied. This has a very mild smell (not unpleasant) and no burning or stinging. It also doesn't get that warming sensation. I like it and recommend it.
