I got a small as my cats are 2 midgets basicaally slightly smaller than teen cats and Three very small adult cats, like a small as an adult cat can be, and not be a midget The part that makes the little house is made of fabric and it's held up by four pillars on each one. It's actually very stable End it comes with a wall anchor, although we really don't need it. I love it though and they had a little ball toy that came with it. I think it was supposed to be on there but it wasn't but they still loved playing with it anyway so it's fine.

We have quite a large cat and needed something sturdy enough for him and this was good for that. This was a great purchase and he uses it daily. He digs his perch by the window. He likes all the compartments. He uses the scratching poles as well. We've had it for a few months now.

I have 6 cats, 5 of them over 15 pounds each. This is the first cat condo that is big enough for all of them. The top platform is large and wide. It easily accommodates 2 to 3 cats. The cat condo houses are also big enough for all my cats to use. I have never found until now a cat condo that all parts of it are big enough for large cats.
This was the best purchase I could have made for my cats comfort and enjoyment.

My 13 pound cat loves the perch most - both size of it and height. She was up there immediately 😠Condo entry & perch sizes are a definite plus for a bigger kitty. A couple of things for buyers or seller to note:
- width of base is too short to allow cat to jump from single entry condo top to top perch. I have a pouf beside the tree
- the perch top pillow slides when cats jump up. I'll try double sided tape, but maybe some snaps on either end?
- most advertisement pics show the tree free-standing. Your recommendations, though, say put the tree in a corner. A corner would help stabilize the unit more. (Using anti-tip piece) But that corner suggestion would have impacted my buying decision because corner spaces are not widely available in my home.
