When I saw the tree stand , I love it as it is knock-down design for storage , but hesitated to buy as it is made of plastic. Finally I bought it. When opened the box , like a gift ,It worth every penny I paid . Although it is plastic , but very strong and stable , very durable plastic not like others in cheap and fragile plastic . Really surpass my expectations, my husband said we can use for many years.

I have had metal stand for years and decided to try a non-metal one for a smaller tree this year. I would say this one is as solid as a metal stand but with a lower price tag. Very sturdy, and high quality finish. Best value for the money!
