Diverse toolkit for new drip installations

This toolkit has been very useful for a completely new drip zone. I conenected the 1/4" tubing directly from a sprinkler manifold. The couplers/connectors allowed us to use multiple emitters off a single 1/4" tube. The kit comes with 3 emitters to choose from: (1) a mist spray that outputs 1.8 gph, (2) a small radius sprinkler that outputs up to 18gph and can be shut on/off, and (3) a small radius bubbler that outputs up to 10gph and can be shut off. Pictured are the mist sprays that output 1.8 gph next to some small plants.
The 1/4" materials I used were all very durable to work with. I didn't use any of the 1/2" materials, although the quality also felt high quality. I would recommend this kit to anyone starting a new drip zone and needing the parts to get it done!

This sprinkler system is great for gardens and I'm sure many more applications, but it was incredibly easy to assemble and make each sprayer the size and type you want. I would recommend this to others. One suggestion would be to allow an additional hookup from one sprayer head to another to increase the number of sprayers per line. Love how flexible it was to customize the size and location of each sprayer. It took me 30 min to do my entire 4x8' garden and two planters. 5 stars!

Wife and I have a planter pot garden. Bought this kit to keep our crops watered while we were on vacation.
Assembly is very easy, and straight forward. I was able to bury the ¼ lines under our flower beds' ground cover, and the manifold under our hose reel. Makes for a neater looking install.
You'll need to disconnect the manifold from.the emitter lines, and bring it inside in winter. I'm fairly certain freezing water inside would break the manifold easily. But otherwise both have sat out all summer so far without a problem.
Pros:
So easy. No tees, plugging end of runs, etc..
Water pressure is consistent on all line runs at the same time
The Y-adapter for the hose bib is solid brass construction (at least on my kit), and not a cheap plastic one.
Cons:
You will likely use MUCH more ¼ line than you might expect. This is because each emitter is on its own line. The included line was not enought for 1 manifold, much less 2, so I bought a 656ft length.
Making plugs for the unused manifold ports is a bit of a pain.
You'll need to buy a timer unless uou plan on manually turning the emitters on and off.
The supply line is a bit short IMO. But if you have some old garden hose then you can simply make your own.
Also I wish the emitter ports were arranged around the circumference of the manifold rather than off the top. This would make it much easier to bury the lines under flower bed mulch/gravel. As is there's a considerable messy looking mass of hose lines coming out of the top. Also it makes it difficult to plug unused ports.

I got this when I was going on a trip and asked my family to water my plants. It's fairly easy to set up. The only issue I had was getting the tubing to attach to the connectors. It is much easier to have a cup of boiled water with you to soak the pieces so they stretch. Works well, though if you don't get the connections together tightly, the tubing will come off and water will spray everywhere. I had one set up in my small garden and bought some more tubing to trail some to some potted plants.

I figured it out and installed fairly quickly (about 1 hour the first time.) I purchased a couple more sets after that. The first set I have over a much smaller space and the water seems to be fairly distributed between the sprinklers. The next couple of sets I had to buy more tubing to spread them out over larger beds, and those that are farther away from the water spout don't get very much pressure at all. But it's still better to have some water on these plants on a schedule, then for me to have to hand water them. I paired them with timers and it's been a huge help.
