Purchased the couch pictured with the mustard pillows for our Den.
Couch came with the pillows. Easy to assemble. Not sure how comfortable it will be for guests but this is obviously not meant to be the most comfortable to sleep on.

It comes in 1 heavy, yet surprisingly small box (I asked the delivery person - Is there anything else?)
Unboxing and assembly took 10 minutes and was really intuitive. I read the directions about three quarters of the way through because it seemed too easy. The directions are just pictures and easy to follow. The only weirdness, which was intuitive when assembling without the instructions, but confounding with them was the removal of a cloth wrapped stick that kept thing in place in the package in step 1. It has a part # - and step 1 is to remove it - and it is never referenced again. I was pretty sure you throw it away (yes - that is what you do), but if I was putting a sticker on it and including a panel on the directions for it - I would use a yellow sticker that said "remove and discard" and written "throw that stick away" on the paper.
It pulls out and stores easily. The back goes up and down into 3 different positions easily and intuitively. It feels solid and the actions are smooth. The pillows that come with it are fine. My couch is grey, and the pillows are mustard yellow (just like the picture in the listing, but for some reason I was expecting grey).
In terms of comfort - it is FIRM. If you want a firm couch / lounge / bed ... this fits the bill. If you are looking for plush, wrapped in a cloud kind of experience ... this is NOT IT. I have had it for a few hours - I like it.

The company sent new hardware and were very timely about it. My only gripe was the fact that the threads in the couch were stripped so some of the bolts for the sides wouldn't tighten down all the way

It arrived in big box. Pretty much fully assembled except for the arm wrests. After following instructions and attaching the arm wrests as directed, the base of the coach was floating in the air. We contacted the seller and they were quick to respond, help us with the issue and compensate us for the trouble. The arm wrests are still not ideal, but it's... good enough and we're happy with the resolution. I'm sure we just got unlucky this time and after this experience, we'd be even more confident buying from this seller again!
As for the couch itself, we bought it due to its dimensions (works perfectly for our office room) and the fact that it expands to a full twin bed. It's a bit too firm to sleep on its own for us, so our guest slept on it for about a week with a 4" folding mattress. Overall, we're happy with the purchase and it's what we were looking for!
