This works great. Give flavor to your meats and works great as a marinade. No salt great item.

I purchased for my father since he's on a low sodium diet. He enjoyed all the flavors on chicken and beef.
Great for No-Salt Alternative, But pretty pricey! My Father

My Father needs to be on a Renal (Low , No Salt ) diet. And I wanted to give him something easy he could do at home. These are very tasty but not inexpensive. At $9 a bottle I told him to use more as a side sauce than a marinade!
No sodium and delicious
