Pricey but SO good

I love passion fruit, and while this is pricey for a small jar, it is SO good. It has a crunchy texture (made even crunchier by the included seeds) and a totally natural sweet/sour passion fruit flavor.
I really enjoyed just snacking on the cubes, or they do dissolve very easily in hot or cold water for a drink. Doing this makes the flavor less sweet and more sour, and while it's enjoyable (and kind of fun!), I preferred eating them straight.
The jar is small (see my photo for the full contents), but the passion fruit cubes were mostly intact. There is a fair amount of powder at the bottom, but it's also delicious and would be great in a smoothie or on yogurt.
Yes, definitely too expensive, but if you love passion fruit, try it freeze-dried - SO good and satisfying.

The GUOSETIANX Freeze dried Passion Fruit arrived in a sealed plastic container.
There is not much fragrance from the freeze-dried cubes out of the container, but when biting into a small piece, it releases the sour and sweet fruit flavor.
It dissolves in the water with a few stirs. Slightly tart, but not much sweetness.
Would take more than 1 cube for a more flavorful drink, or add other citrus fruit slices for a more refreshing drink.
The freeze-dried passion fruit cubes are also a good quick natural citrusy bite on the road (or in the afternoon) to give a quick burst/boost of energy.
