This clarinet is very nice for a starter. I sound horrible, but it has been fun trying to learn. Maybe if I had more musical talent it wouldn't sound so bad, but I think it's built well and easy to use.

I'm not sure what possessed me to get this clarinet, aha I am admittedly a complete beginner, but I am having fun learning a new instrument.
Assembly is a big learning curve. I turned to YouTube to learn how it goes together, and that was very helpful. I had a lot of trouble putting the horn (the very bottom piece) on. It really didn't want to on there. It took a lot of grease and three people giving it their best go at it. I probably will have to leave it assembled, because I don't want to do that again. Although, it may get easier after a while?
It's not a fancy high end instrument at all, and it will need better reeds, but a good, inexpensive starter for someone who is just trying out the clarinet. Good value.

As a saxophonist, I was expecting the clarinet to be kinda similar (IT ISN'T!!!), but this clarinet has helped me to get the ropes of things very easy. Assembly was a breeze, and it includes a fingering chart to keep on hand! The case is sturdy, and holds everything securely. I'm not the best player, so I can't comment on some of the super specific things, but after a while of practicing embouchure, I was able to produce somewhat of a tone! I'm excited to keep trying to learn, and with this clarinet I don't have to be worried about the instrument! When I'm not playing, the stand is very sleek, and fits right into my room
