My chairs were delivered without assembly instructions, I finally figured it out but did contact the company who sent instructions. They aren't an easy assembly and definitely takes more than the 6 minutes they describe, but it's doable even by yourself.

I needed to replace the current chairs I have and I decided to expand on the quantity of chairs also. The chairs where simple to assemble, definitely need two people for assembly makes it pretty easy. I did need to tweak the chairs just a little after assembly they had minor wobble easy to take care of. I was surprised that the little wrench and allen wrench made it through the assembly. Highly pleased

Calif sun beats on them mercilessly. This makes replacing them necessary about every 6 years. Their color stays decent. I've had them in tan, denim and oatmeal. The mesh weakens though and tears. I'm sure they could last longer in shade.
