Nice Chair - NOT easy to assemble
S✓ Verified Purchase•January 23, 2024
The 4 chairs arrived in a heavy, big box. There are multiple parts and at first glance, assembly appeared to be relatively straight forward. However, that was not the case. There are multiple bolts that are of 2 different sizes. The instructions don't tell you that you are supposed to use the shorter bolt (screw) for the frame and the longer bolt for the seat. It is not easy to get the bolts into the holes to match up with frame and the nut. This is definitely a two man job. The mesh seat/back comes inverted and you have to invert it again to get the right side up (seam side down). The longer part of the seat/back is for the back rest and the shorter side is for the seat. The parts come with two extra bolts (1 long and 1 short) and 1 extra nut. Two of the bolts had hex openings that were difficult to access with the Allen wrench.
Finally, after assembly, two of the 4 chairs wobbled, BUT when you sit on the chairs, there is enough give so that the wobble goes away.
Comfort: These are mesh chairs - not cushioned chairs and so comfortable but not super comfortable.
Durability: I just put them together today and I do not know how they will hold up. The metal pieces did not show any signs of rust or deterioration.
Bottom line: Nice chairs, but assembly is hardly easy. The tools are provided. You need at least two relatively strong people to get the parts in position. You have to stretch the back in order to get the rod into place. All of this, not easy. If you want to save money by purchasing chairs that you have to assemble yourself, and you have about 1 1/2 hours and help to do the assembly, then you should consider these chairs. When assembled the chairs look just like the picture.

Love how these look. They are quite sturdy. There is a little work to assemble these.
Great product for very reasonable price.

Required assembly but came with good instructions. Once I got the hang of putting the first one together the rest were much easier. Very nice chairs.
Great chairs. Horrible assembly.

Chairs are great. Sturdy, comfortable, etc. However, there was no instructions in the box. And assembly was very difficult.
I thought this would be easy to set up...

It's a nice set of chairs! (I added coushions) But you will need 2 (or 3) people to help build. It took way longer than expected to put together! Maybe it's just my butter fingers but definitely use your own tools. Two chairs ended up wobbly or lopsided and not sure how. All that aside, once built, these are wonderful chairs to add to your patio.
