The heated cushion heats up quickly and is great when the car or truck is cold. I particularly like the control because its just simple. It's Hi , LO or Off, nothing more to it. The cord is sufficient to reach the cigarette lighter or AUX power socket. The pad fastens well to the seat back and bottom cushion. I do have to adjust the pad when I get in under my butt sometimes but I am realistic that this isn't what came with my truck so I get it. Overall it does what is intended which is comfort on cold mornings and days.
