These chocolates arrived in a small box with a ribbon wrapped around them, which is perfect if gifting the box to someone. The bottom portion is wrapped to preserve the chocolate. I was surprised this didn't have an insert telling what flavor the chocolate was, which most chocolates do. Overall, the chocolate was fairly one note across all four pieces. It was good chocolate, but considering the price, I would expect a bit more in different flavor notes etc. The chocolates were made well and didn't melt right away in the hand etc. A good set of chocolates but the amount per piece seems to be not as great of a value.

There isn't a bad flavored truffle in this box! My husband got me this set and I had to get a few more to gift to family and loved ones. It's the perfect gift for any chocolate lover. The chocolate is smooth, the insides creamy and an absolute treat!

I'm no chocolate connoisseur but I don't think these chocolate truffles are worth the price. The four pieces of chocolate truffle come beautifully packaged in a small gift box with a ribbon. The bottom of the box is shrink wrapped to ensure the truffles stay fresh. A big downside of this product is there's no flavor chart in the box, so you have to guess the flavors. To be honest the flavors were so subtle that I wasn't really sure what I was tasting. Considering the price I was expecting to have stronger flavors. The chocolate truffles were creamy so I did enjoy the taste of them.

Okay, it's a box of chocolate intended as a gift, so I understand we're putting a premium on the value of the product. At the same time, for 4 pieces, that's still a bit much, especially since once you open the the box and start indulging it can be a bit hard to figure out what you're tasting in terms of flavor profiles for each piece. And again, there's only 4 of them, so if 1 doesn't really do it for you, well, that's a large fraction of the box's value you didn't enjoy. So here's hoping you like all four chocolate flavor combinations going on in this box of truffles.

In terms of presentation, it's a nice touch having the bow on the lid and then having the under half of the box being separately shrink-wrapped, that way the candies stay fresh without sacrificing the "gift appearance". The design in that respect is really well done. A really nice addition though would be an insert inside the box letting you know what each of the four truffles' flavors area. We're pretty sure we got had a toffee flavor, a coffee flavor, a white and dark chocolate, and a milk chocolate, but honestly one of them was fairly ambiguous and so we just guessed.

I'd love to say we're amazing at identifying flavors, but that's just not the case and I don't think we're alone in that case. A guide would have been great.

Texture-wise save for one all of the chocolate's fell on the drier side than the creamier side. Not cheap or gritty, just dry. That being said, none were bad, and the candies, visually looked quite good even if their insides weren't quite as exciting.

The gift box's presentation is great, but the value still feels off at this price. Maybe for a box of 8, but a box of 4 that feels way off, even for a premium gift set.

I need an entire box filled with these. I got the four pack and it wasn't enough lol. They were delicious. The chocolate was smooth and rich. I would definitely buy these.

They would make a nice gift too!
