Who needs a Apple Watch when you can buy this watch for an affordable price. And no one will know it's not apple.

The company has great customer service. They have worked with me to resolve my issues with their product. I want to like their watch. The step counter is very accurate for me. I like the sleep tracker. These were initially two of the features that I wanted to check out. With some tweaks I have extended the battery life. Like turning off the raise feature where you raise your wrist and it comes on automatically. I could not get the temp to show above 100 degrees. It would only show 99 degrees and no higher. Which doesn't really work for summer in Texas. The watch faces are pretty limited and some show the date as 14 / 09 instead of 9/14 like we do in the US. And the watch faces themselves are not very good looking, save a couple. Sometimes my watch would answer a call when I hardly ever want it to. And I had issues with my phone even in another room with my wife on a call and it would flip to my watch unintentionally. All things that lead to me not really liking the watch. But the company has great customer service! They listened to my needs and tried fo resolve my issues to the best of their abilities and took my suggestions to improve their product in the future. I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to work with me. So I changed my review to 4 stars based on customer service.

Update 9/21/23: As far as the watch answering calls and playing the sound from my phone on the watch, I figured out if I went to settings on the watch that the phone icon was selected. When I clicked on it, the sound issues from transferring calls to my watch and music from my phone playing on the watch went away.

It's cute and works well except for the battery, it will just last for 3 days. The call is good, the voice isn't choppy. Still a good buy.
