Very desapointed with Amazon response to a previous purchase of the green tea with another's brand that was compromised the quality some bottles was not seal properly by the machine, when I reach to customer services the response was that Amazon do not respond to those calls, trying to call the vendor got same BS response, if I own a company and a customer let me know that my quality is compromised I will visit or at list return his call
