The 14-lb boy makes it a point to lie down "on top" because this cat bed is "new" but he's flummoxed by my choice: it isn't made of a soft, snuggley fabric like he's accustomed to. (And if you added a soft, fluffy, faux-fur fabric for deep inside the "˜Fabric Cave' Leaf, you'd probably convert a few more cats in my house, by the way.) The 9lb British Breed feline (he's one of "˜em: deep medium charcoal grey & as slick as petting a dolphin or sea lion, when dry) youth had shown a marked preference for climbing into a wad of blankets and creating his own cave. And I didn't want him to get squashed one day. He's too tiny to make out, when under a blanket!
This wonderful fabric leaf is just the trick to make certain I never kick off the floor and fly halfway onto my bed in a heap, only to find Brother Andrew beneath me! Because I can spot a sizable green leaf on my queen-sized bed. And he is VERY DRAWN to that leaf. He'll crawl into it, hang out; get out of it and go to the other side of the foot of the bed; examine life and his place in it; return to the fabric, pocketed leaf; curl up inside. Repeat. While we stream a few episodes of TV.
So my larger and older cat will sit on it to prove he can, but still prefers my blankets.
My younger, smaller, and pre-disposed cat thinks the fabric pocket inside the leaf is the coolest thing he's encountered this year!
It arrived only a couple days ago, and my bed is currently only half made up so it's been easy to keep the Fabric Leaf on the sheets and it's pretty sturdily sitting there. I like the dots on the bottom even though other reviews warn they will not give much hold on smooth flooring. They seem decently helpful upon my bed.

Cute little leaf shaped bed that my cat loves. He loves sleeping in it and playing in it. He will drag it around to where he wants to lay too. good quality product.

This cute leaf-shaped kitty "cave" is on the small side and definitely much better suited to kittens and smaller cats. My little six pound girl kitty loved it, and my two 12-pound boys were interested, but couldn't fit more than their heads in. (Hint: A little of your own catnip thrown inside will attract any cat.) It's shaped like a leaf, right down to the brown "stem" on the back. The linen material isn't particularly soft, but it is padded for warmth and the whole bed is machine washable and dryable, although I haven't cleaned mine yet. The underside has a "non-slip" fabric, although using it on carpet would be better. A cute idea for the little kitties in your life.

This leaf shape pet bed cave has a cute design. Looks like the picture, kind of on the smaller side. Has a little grippers on the bottom. I have some cats who love cuddling up in it. They are always interested in new things. Machine washable is a plus. Nice cat bed for the winter with an awesome shape.

The moment I opened the package, my cat crawled into this cozy sleeping bag and didn't get out for an hour. The very same night, he decided he wanted to sleep in there inside of next to me on my bed which is where he usually sleep. He feels pretty safe and comfy it it.
