I would have gave it a 5 except their crimp. are not very good on the shaft so sometimes they slip. So I happen to have a crimping tool and I re-crimp them tighter, then put some duct tape on them. Now they work well, but this is a very good product.

This worked like it was intended and cleaned my vent but if you have a vent that is very clogged it may cause it to become more clogged. We had to buy another kit to get an attachment that claws through the built up lint.

This is just most of the lint that came out of my dryer vent. FYI, if you run the dryer while cleaning it out, don't use any heat. One of the pieces got hot and came apart inside the vent, that was my fault not the product.
