I just bought this speaker a couple of months ago and now the speaker doesn't even want to turn on nor does it stay connected to another speaker while playing music. It sounds like a broken record just after a few minutes of playing music. Once u get it to turn on and you turn it off u won't get it to turn on again for like an hour then it will mysteriously turn all by itself.
The seller contacted me with a reasonable solution and refunded me. I think just one of the speakers was bugged will see after I get another bcuz u can't argue about the price.

This speaker is a real bang for the buck. I like it, its cool. It'd be a lot cooler if the power ON button worked properly like the OFF does. The first few times it powered on as it should, after that it makes me wonder if it's going to ever power ON again. The process of turning it on destroys the bang. This product is a swing & a miss

Good sound quality and battery life for the price (although I haven't tested the latter). I appreciate USB-C charger cable - as opposed to USB-B ('micro USB').
*UNDOCUMENTED FEATURES*
1. Long-press play/pause to disconnect Bluetooth. When you turn it on, it will try to automatically connect to the last connected device. Use this feature to switch to a different device.
2. It works even when it's being charged. So if your power goes out or you're camping, plug it into a power bank and continue to listen.
*QUIBBLES*
1. You can't see the battery percentage on your phone's Bluetooth screen ... it says "connected for calls and audio." The red light above the power button turns off when it's fully charged, but that's the only way to find out.
2. The flashing multicolored light on the bottom automatically turns on whenever you power up the speaker - even if the light was off when you last powered down the speaker.
3. The speaker lacks controls for bass and treble.

Not a bad little speaker. Works well with my laptop so far. Sounds pretty good with decent bass for a dinky little speaker like this.
Bought it because I was having this problem (Windows 10 machine) where my laptop speakers wouldn't be loud enough no matter how high the volume was unless I restarted the machine. Very annoying as I had to frequently (daily basis) restart my computer just so I could hear the odd youtube video. I do not have this problem with headphones or this new speaker. Yay!
