I've used this grill twice now, and both times it was very easy to use. The only thing I'd change about it is that the grilling racks don't sit tightly in the barrel. This leads them to moving around a bit during cooking. Otherwise it's a very good grill and I really like how it looks too! Great price as well!

I don't know why these other folks had a hard time putting together, was very simple and took 30 minutes. The value for what you're getting is decent and plenty of space to cook whatever your heart desires. Would buy again.

Assembly could be a little confusing, had extra screws for one part but short on another. It isn't perfectly symmetrical. Works great once assembled and so far handling the elements well. The removable tray helps dispose of the charcoal easy.
