I got this Ecohu 24in Cutter so my old-school hubby could easily tear off parchment paper for his pandemic (and beyond) baking projects.

The serrated edge, usually found on the "˜box of' parchment paper, while convenient, was a big problem for him-- which often fell to the floor as he pulled out a length of paper for a baking pan. I knew we simply had to find a solution!

This Ecohu 24in Cutter came to rescue, ending the fight with the "˜box' for control of the parchment paper and other rolled goods, be it foil, wrapping paper, etc. The wonderful result, was no more ragged, torn, useless sheets of (pricey) parchment paper, so he could finally complete his baking. My hubby is a happy camper and then some! (Happy marriage and all the that goes with this struggle, to say the least! I'm sure you can relate! ;o)

This cutter is incredibly well-made, like equipment from the times of yore. Yes, it's low-tech, built to last. I easily see this cutter being passed to various generations... no kidding! Just so you know, the 'blade' isn't that sharp, so it's safe for kiddos to use. It's actually spring-loaded, so it's like using a straight edge, a good thing!

The cutter stand has holes for mounting screws, and so one can allocate a bench top or shelf for this purpose. In our case, we have mounted it on a heavy weight, butcher-block topped cart for easy mobility around the kitchen and elsewhere in the house. This cutter is great for ALL seasons, including the holidays. We quickly swap out the kitchen type paper and foil, for gift wrap. Here come the presents! ;o)
