Came with broken handle, but customer support handled it well

I absolutely love these, they are perfect for my room! I bought two, and I wanted to mainly have space for some of my underwear, and it works well for that! Remember the top drawers are NOT deep at all, even the bigger bottom drawer isn't big compared to other nightstands. I also noticed when I had plugged my phone up through the USB ports, one nightstand would charge my phone and it would say 'charging rapidly' while charging, and then the other nightstand says 'charging slowly' while charging on my phone. I was using the same cord for both to test it, so it wouldn't be the cord. I'm guessing the power running through the nightstand that made my phone say 'charging slowly' had fewer volts (than it was supposed to) running through the cord than the other one. One of the nightstands also came with a malfunctioned handle, the track in the handle the screw was supposed to go through was messed up, so I couldn't get it to tighten the way it should. However, customer support handled the situation properly, and with great attitude! (Not being sarcastic lol) (I'm really not) Anyways, other than the handle and the one of two nightstands that wouldn't charge as quickly, these add a comfy, suitable, and amazing environment for your room!

Hi, I am older, so it took me about 4 hours to assemble as I took my time. I found the instructions were very clear, although I did a double take a few times as they are picture instructions without text. I found it reasonably easy to assemble. I did have an issue with the bottom drawer not inserting all the way, so I just slammed it and inserted, however, it doesn't open, but the other drawers are perfect, and I have the top and middle shelf too, so I am good. I would recommend.
