I was expecting a bit of wobble with this second tier. I have a nice, heavy keyboard on it and the wobble is really minimal. These stands are really solid. I rarely post reviews but this is fully worth it for me. Excellent build.

Extremely strong. Only cons are that keyboard support bars are not adjustable foward and back which would allow riser bars to go a little lower (if riser bars were redesigned slightly) so keyboards could be a little closer together.

FINALLY, a second-tier keyboard stand attachment that can accommodate just about any size keyboard! Not only keyboards, but desktop modules (such as a Dave Smith/Sequential Prophet Rev2, or a compact mixer) can easily fit. What will be nice is if additional arms can be added to the crossbar to accommodate two small keyboards, for example. I know that's a major request for this stand. This is money well spent.

This stand is very easy to assemble and to adjust to your needs. The 2nd tier fits perfectly, which mounts into the back of the main stand with wedge nuts. I suggest however, that it would be preferred to have hand screws on the back of the second tiers to tighten the wedge nuts instead of allen head screws to make it easier to break down for travel.
I purchased the Plixio version of this stand in 2018. They changed the name to LiquidStands, but it is still the same product. However, they did enhance the new product with securing straps which my Plixio does not have.
Customer service was most excellent in helping me. I emailed about the compatibility of my older stand and the new 2nd tier. I received a response very quickly that these parts work together. They also sent me securing straps at no cost. Note that the older Plixio stand does not have screw holes to fasten the straps, so I will need to drill and tap some screw holes or fabricate some sort of clamp; but I'm handy enough to do that. Do not confuse this part of the review with the new stands which have everything necessary, and you will not have to use any tools other than the ones they ship with the unit.
I am very happy and would gladly purchase this again.
