The spray settles nicely on the dogs hair & has a light scent. I was relieved it wasn't an overpowering fragrance as I have issues with allergies. It's a very nice scent too. I would probably get this again for after the bath & dry for the dogs ðŸ•

So my girl, who as you can see is a perfect angel sent from heaven (clearly), had a mighty full anal gland that needed expressing while at the vet for an unrelated issue. Now, if you've ever been around freshly squeezed dog juice, I don't need to tell you how nauseating that smell is - or how it can linger... They wiped her butt down at the vet, still putrid. I wiped her butt down in the parking lot before getting in the car, still 90% rancid. When I got home, I rushed her right to our bedroom, used one hand to cover her unmentionables with some folded up paper towel, and sprayed her whole backside without prejudice. Her swirly cheeks, under her tail, even the backs of her legs. Then, PRESTO! The rotting fish corpse scent of puppy booty juice disappeared within a couple minutes! I have a sensitive stomach, and we share fine bedding, so this stuff saved us from a good deal of stress and bother. I find it difficult to imagine any situation that'd be a tougher challenge for a pooch deodorizing product. Highly recommended!

I own hounds. They have a unique scent all of their own. Not a 'dog' scent, but a corn chip scent. I happen to actually like their scent, so maybe I don't have the same issue that others have. I don't even typically give my dogs baths. I don't usually believe in scenting dogs as it is strictly for my benefit only and not theirs. Their noses are so much more acute than ours, so I generally disagree with adding scents to products and putting scents directly onto dogs as a matter of principal. This is a light scent for me but for all I know it's strong for my pooch. It was worth checking out but I think I will stick to my corn chips.
