My wife ordered this but I've been using it with her. I have sleeping problems so I get baggy eyes, especially on Mondays when I have to get up early. Putting this on seems to dramatically reduce it. No more puffy eyes. I'm still sleepy but at least I appear to be more alert. The masks are pretty easy to apply. Just clean your face, and attach it under your eye. The tool is useful to help separate the sheets since they stick together. Overall I'm happy with the results and will get more when we run out.

After applying for a week, I am noticing tightening of small lines and crows feet. I did have a couple of spots pop up but were probably clogged pores needing purging. They disappeared quickly after gentle exfoliation. Tip- make sure skin is freshly cleansed and patted dry before applying, and put textured side against skin to prevent slippage. Overall am satisfied- will update after all are used up!
