Well I had surgery months ago. I can no longer eat sugar and honestly camping made me want s'mores. So I did tons of looking around and found these. With that being said I couldn't tell a difference they toasted as the should and tasted the same in my option. I made my fiancée try them and he said it was a slight taste difference only because he was like 3 s'mores in with full sugar marshmallow. If you on a bariatric journey gives these a try. I have tons of friends that do keto and they love em! They aren't the fun flavors I see others buy but I was after original!

These are so good! Taste so similar to the sugary kind! You definitely are paying quite a bit more than you would for the sugary kind. But I love them because I'm cutting back on sugar and these provide a sweet treat without making me feel sick like sugar does. :) Yum yum!

Pros: These swallows are delicious. They taste very much like their high carb counterparts and even look very similar. I have eaten them straight out of the bag, roasted them on the fire and use them in hot cocoa. They roast up beautifully.
One note of caution, they are higher fiber so if you are not used to a lot of fiber in your diet, start with 1 or 2. On the other hand, it's a delicious way to increase the fiber in your diet!

My god. These taste indistinguishable from Lucky Charms marshmallows and they are keto. A little handful will curb that sweet craving and cost you 1 carb. These are AMAZING! Also, because I know you're wondering, they do not cause stomach issues.
